A zany mix of comedy, science and song, Great Big Science Gig (GBSG) is Australia’s first and most successful science rock cabaret. GBSG has been around since 2003 and is well-known for its skilful exploration of complex, cutting edge issues of science, technology and engineering. Live experiments are conducted on stage often with hilarious results. Put away the labcoat, remove your safety glasses and prepare to laugh uncontrollably.

Great music, great demonstrations and great science are the hallmarks of GBSG. See the GBSG unravel the mysteries inside your mouth and discover why exploding ants make dangerous pets.
